Overview
The situation
Rock & Bowl is a one-stop entertainment hub in Vapi — bowling lanes, VR and arcade games, a kids soft play zone, and café dining all under one roof. The challenge was that visitors couldn't tell any of this from their existing online presence. With no clear structure, no booking flow, and no way to communicate the full scale of what they offered, the venue was underselling itself daily. They needed a site that matched the energy inside the building.
Challenge
What we had to solve
Multi-offering venues are notoriously hard to present online — show too much and it becomes overwhelming, show too little and people don't get it. Rock & Bowl needed to communicate four distinct experience zones to three very different audiences — families, gamers, and event planners — without making any of them work to find what was relevant. Every page had to be energetic but navigable, exciting but conversion-focused.

How we built it
Discovery & Audience Mapping
We mapped three core visitor journeys: families with young children looking for a day out, gamers seeking arcade and VR experiences, and event planners enquiring about birthday parties and corporate bookings. Each audience had a different intent, a different page entry point, and a different conversion goal. The site architecture was designed to serve all three without friction.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping
Using Figma, we built a bold, high-energy visual design — vibrant colours, dynamic imagery of the bowling lanes, arcade zone, kids area, and café — that immediately communicated the atmosphere of the venue. The layout balanced excitement with clarity, ensuring visitors could find their zone, understand the deals, and reach a booking or enquiry form in as few taps as possible.
WordPress Development
Built on WordPress with a custom theme and Elementor, the site featured modular service zone pages for bowling, arcade, soft play, and café — each with dedicated imagery, pricing signals, and CTAs. A deals and offers listing module was built to showcase current promotions. Booking and party enquiry forms were integrated and optimised for mobile, where the majority of the venue's audience was expected to convert.
QA, SEO & Launch
QA covered mobile rendering, form flows, page speed, and cross-browser compatibility. Local SEO was applied across all pages — targeting entertainment and event searches in Vapi and the surrounding region. The site launched on schedule, with a location and news section ready for the client to update independently post-launch.
