Overview
The situation
Restore Joint Health offers minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments for patients suffering from chronic joint pain, arthritis, and osteoarthritis. Despite delivering genuinely better outcomes than surgery for many patients, their digital presence wasn't doing justice to their expertise. They needed a website that built clinical credibility, clearly explained their treatment options, and made it easy for patients to take the next step — without feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
Challenge
What we had to solve
Healthcare is one of the hardest verticals to convert in. Patients arriving at the site are often in pain, cautious, and have already had poor experiences with other treatments. The website had to simultaneously communicate clinical authority, genuine empathy, and simplicity of access — while driving two clear conversion actions: eligibility checks and appointment bookings. Every design and content decision had to reduce friction, not add to it.

How we built it
Discovery & Patient Journey Mapping
We mapped the full patient decision journey — from first Googling joint pain symptoms, to researching non-surgical options, to deciding to book a consultation. This identified three key anxiety points: uncertainty about eligibility, scepticism about non-surgical outcomes, and not knowing what to expect at the clinic. Every page of the site was structured to address these directly.
UI/UX Design & Figma Prototyping
Using Figma, we designed a clean, clinical, and reassuring interface — professional enough to signal expertise, warm enough to feel patient-first. Wireframes established the content hierarchy across all key pages: home, conditions treated, treatment pathways, FAQs, and contact. The prototype was reviewed and approved before a single line of code was written.
WordPress Development & Content
The site was built on WordPress with a custom theme — fully responsive and optimised for Core Web Vitals. Service pages were structured to explain each treatment clearly: viscosupplementation, joint injection protocols, and lifestyle support. Conversion-focused copy was written throughout, with CTAs — 'Schedule an Appointment' and 'Check Eligibility' — placed at every logical decision point.
QA, Optimisation & Launch
A focused QA pass covered cross-device responsiveness, page speed, form functionality, and content accuracy. SEO fundamentals were applied across all pages — meta titles, structured headings, and condition-specific keyword targeting. The site launched on day 14, on schedule and without critical issues.

The team understood that our patients come to us scared and in pain. The website they built doesn't just look professional — it actually reassures people and makes them feel confident enough to book. That's been the biggest difference.
