As a global leader in power transmission and motion control products, the client operated at a scale where order management was both mission-critical and perpetually understaffed. Sales and support teams were spending the majority of their time answering the same order status questions, manually checking inventory levels, looking up pricing, and placing orders into the ERP by hand.
